This includes a wide range of legal documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, loan documents, and other agreements.
2. Verify identities, witness signatures, certify documents, ensure compliance, maintain records, and provide expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in legal or financial fields, along with customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication in diverse communities.
