Overview

In this role, you will sign up for depositions, arbitrations, and other legal meetings with our existing client pipeline within the legal industry. You can choose how many events to participate in, allowing you to control your workload.

Responsibilities include swearing in witnesses, facilitating deposition flow (such as intervening when parties speak over each other, backreading questions, and ensuring clear communication), and confirming proper execution of documents according to state guidelines. You will also administer oaths via video conference and maintain an electronic notary journal of all official acts.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the U.S.
• Must have or be able to obtain a notary public license.
• Provide a copy of your state RON commission certificate.
• Ability to deliver professional, personable customer service remotely.
• Work from a home environment with a professional background.
• Work from the state where your license is issued for online notarizations.
