The Mission:

Assist clients by scheduling appointments for notarizing documents.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Notary public license.
• Experience with digital and mailed documents.
• Digital certification and digital seal.
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Document notarizations: 2 years (Required)
• Familiar with virtual meetings (Zoom profile).

Job Requirements:

Computer, Internet, scanner, home office setup, and access to Zoom, DocuSign, and DocVerify. A per-stamp fee applies.

Compensation:

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment
