The librarian provides reference and circulation services utilizing a variety of information resources with an emphasis on computer and Internet research applications. Maintains qualifications for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Policy Manual and accreditation standards. Follows rules and regulations described by the TCSG Policy Manual and other policies and procedures established by the institution. Position may require travel within the college’s assigned locations and other travel as needed.

This position is projected to work 11:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Additional hours to include evenings and/or weekends may be required as needed. Position will be assigned to the Warner Robins campus with travel within the college service area as needed. This position is scheduled to work all 12 months per calendar year and at 32 hours per week.
Annual gross salary range in the mid $40’s; actual gross salary will be based on the candidate’s highest qualifying degree based on meeting published minimum and preferred qualifications. This is a 12-month, 32-hour per week, full-time position and is eligible for benefits to include retirement, insurance, leave accrual and holiday pay. CGTC is a member of Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRS) and Employees Retirement System of Georgia (ERS).
