Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of experience and is open to complex litigation across the firm. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor and be admitted to the Arizona Bar.

HOA defense experience is especially encouraged. The role emphasizes client service, confidentiality, teamwork, and leadership within the Professional Liability Practice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing to practice law in Arizona.
• 6–7 years of experience in professional liability/defense or related area.
• HOA defense experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial analysis and develop case strategy for professional liability matters.
• Prepare and respond to discovery; take and defend depositions; draft motions and attend hearings.
• Explain legal options and potential outcomes to clients; maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate, research, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage deadlines, supervise junior staff, and contribute to trial preparation.
• Work collaboratively with Firm clients and colleagues to achieve favorable results.
