Job summary

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with at least six years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in Hackensack, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have substantial professional liability and/or employment practices liability experience and a proven ability to manage complex litigation and supervise junior staff.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
• Admission to the New York Bar is preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of litigation experience.
• Significant experience in professional liability (non-medical) and/or EPL matters.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Experience taking/defending depositions, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising, mentoring, and developing junior attorneys and staff.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of six (6) years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. Candidates with significant experience handling professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience independently managing complex litigation matters and supervising junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Compensation

• Annualized salary range: $175,000 - $200,000
• Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, leadership responsibilities, portable business (if any), and other job-related factors permitted by law
