A leading law firm seeks an attorney for its Professional Liability Practice in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, along with 2 to 12 years of experience in defending professional liability claims. The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and between two (2) to twelve (12) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers. Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois' Professional Liability Practice comprises attorneys located across all our offices nationwide. We represent, either directly or through insurance carriers, a diverse range of professionals including: accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals (cyber law), financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA).
While experience in professional liability law is preferred, we are also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent litigation skills who are interested in specializing in this area.
