Litigation Associate Attorney – Property & Auto Liability (Remote, Texas Licensed)

This well-established litigation firm specializing in property and casualty defense is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to support its expanding litigation needs in Texas. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Houston.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend clients in general liability cases, including premises liability, property damage, and auto-related claims.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and clients.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams for efficient case management.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas law license.
• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience, focusing on property and/or auto liability defense.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
