The Wooten Company’s Raleigh, NC office is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor who will work closely with the Geomatics Practice team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Geomatics practice and our firm.

Essential Functions

• Utilize professional knowledge for project management and execution
• Perform project research, reconnaissance, and field activities
• Manage computations and prepare project deliverables
• Recommend process improvements and adopt emerging technologies

Minimum Qualifications

• NC Professional Land Surveyor license
• At least 5 years of land surveying experience
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of survey data processing and GNSS technology

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expertise in boundary research, computations, and platting
• Proficiency with CAD software and MS Office
• Experience interpreting construction plans
