Skyline – Champion is seeking a Professional Housing Consultant in York, NE to drive local home sales with qualified leads and persuasive presentations, scheduling appointments, and building lasting client relationships.

This full-time, in‑person role includes training on our proven process, abundant leads, and strong earning potential with OTE of $100,000–$150,000 annually, enhanced by a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of documented B2C sales experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven proficiency with CRM software.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Good time management.

Responsibilities

• Contact company‑provided qualified leads.
• Scheduling and managing appointments.
• Determining customers’ wants and needs.
• Offering a compelling product presentation.
• Helping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.
• Prospecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.
