Job summary

FirstService Residential in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, inspect areas, and report to the Supervisor. Duties may be indoors, outdoors, or a mix, with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Ensures safety and security procedures are followed.
