FirstService Residential is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor in Florida to maintain interiors and exteriors of community properties. Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting needs to supervisors, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Custodial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas as assigned.
• Inform Supervisor of supplies and maintenance needs.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
• Maintain sanitary and cleaning supplies in assigned areas.
• Complete daily work orders and report discrepancies.
