Job summary

FS Residential is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor in Delray Beach, FL to perform cleaning and maintenance duties across interior and exterior spaces. You will inspect work, maintain supplies, and follow safety procedures while delivering friendly service.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, custodial experience preferred, and strong communication and multilingual abilities are desirable. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with full benefits and a $16.25/hour pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash disposal, restroom cleaning and window cleaning.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and maintains cleaning solutions per safety rules.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Maintains all equipment in good working condition and adheres to safety procedures.
