NEAT Method Bergen County is seeking enthusiastic part-time organizers to join our team. This as-needed position offers flexible hours and the chance to help clients create organized, efficient living spaces.

Ideal candidates are passionate about organization, with a professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work well with diverse clients and teammates. Local commuting to Bergen County, NJ is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as professional organizer is preferred but not required.
• Background in interior design or home staging is a plus.
• Ability to commute throughout Bergen County, NJ.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
• Availability Monday–Friday on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Review client notes & photos prior to project.
• Understand client goals before each project.
• Implement organizing solutions as delegated by Lead Organizer.
• Contribute to space planning and organizational solutions.
• Personal shopping for organizational products as needed.
• Assist with donation drops and product returns as needed.

Among the services offered by NEAT Method are professional home organization, editing/preparation for moves or renovations, and unpacking services. NEAT Method Bergen County is currently looking for part-time organizers to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Review client notes & photos prior to project
• Understand client goals before each project
• Implement organizing solutions as delegated by Lead Organizer
• Contribute to space planning and organizational solutions
• Personal shopping for organizational products as needed
• Assist with donation drops and product returns as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to commute throughout Bergen County, NJ
• Prior experience as professional organizer is preferred but not required
• Background in interior design or home staging is a plus
