Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain client-site outdoor spaces, including lawns, walkways, and landscaped areas. The role covers turf care, equipment operation, and adherence to safety policies to ensure a safe, clean exterior environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in groundskeeping, experience with irrigation and landscape maintenance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with preferred apprenticeship or trade training.
• Minimum three years in groundskeeping or outdoor facility maintenance.
• Experience with commercial/industrial grounds and large facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of turf care, irrigation, and landscape practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, sidewalks, and parking areas across the client property.
• Mow, edge, weed, and trim around landscapes and structures.
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides per regulations.
• Operate tractors, mowers, golf carts, and other grounds equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fences and pathways.
• Support seasonal grounds activities and weather-related cleanup.
• Follow safety policies and client environmental requirements.
