Grow Landscaping is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to support daily upkeep and landscaping of our properties. This role reports to the Grounds Crew Leader and helps maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing grounds.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of landscaping experience, and the ability to lift 60 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather. Join a team-focused employer with strong benefits including medical plans, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 60 lbs and operate hand tools and equipment.
• Stand, stoop and bend for extended periods (10+ hours).
• Walk 2–6 miles per day and carry backpacks over 20 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions (hot/cold).
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and teamwork ability.
• Flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily truck and equipment prep, loading gas cans and tools.
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing tasks.
• Operate edgers, trimmers, weed eaters, and backpack blowers safely.
• Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property.
• Support Grounds Crew Leader with maintenance tasks.
• Wash and maintain cleanliness of trucks and equipment.
• Daily loading/unloading of tools, keeping vehicles organized.
