Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, walkways, parking areas, trees and irrigation systems at a client site in Atlanta. You will operate tractors, mowers, and other landscape equipment to preserve safe, clean exteriors and deliver reliable service.

The role requires a minimum of three years of groundskeeping experience, knowledge of turf care and general plant maintenance, and the ability to work independently or with a team in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in groundskeeping or outdoor facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of turf care and plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
• Operate mowing and landscape equipment safely.
• Prune trees and shrubs; apply fertilizers and pesticides per policy.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems and drainage.
• Support seasonal grounds tasks and snow removal when needed.
