Who We're Looking For

A passionate and skilled Environmental/Remediation Engineer eager to advance their career and collaborate with industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent writing abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects involving site investigations, remediation, environmental due diligence, litigation support, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide solutions to environmental issues faced by our clients.
• Maintain high standards of quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Washington State.
• At least 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, including site investigations and remediation systems.
• Strong knowledge of MTCA, RCRA, and CERCLA regulations.
• Experience with NPDES and KCIW discharge permits.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in CADD and engineering design.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Commitment to safety and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating with regulators.
• Familiarity with GIS, data management, and lab procedures.
• Experience with cleanups and voluntary cleanup programs.
• Specialized knowledge in PFAS cleanup, air compliance, or sediment cleanup.
• Established client relationships.

Compensation

The salary range is estimated between $110,000 to $155,000, based on experience, education, and internal factors. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for performance-based salary increases.
