The City of Springfield's Department of Public Works is seeking qualified applicants for a Professional Engineer position in the Transportation Engineering division. There is also an additional opening in the Traffic Engineering division.

Experience, Education, and Training

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
• Four years of engineering experience, relevant to the specialty area of the vacancy

Licensing/Certification

• Must possess a Professional Engineer's license
• Must obtain MO license from the Missouri State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers within six months of employment
