Garnet River LLC seeks a full-time Professional Engineer I for a multidisciplinary engineering firm with MEP, structural, and project management focuses. The role is available in Pittsfield, MA; Shelton, CT; or Troy, NY, requiring coordination with teams and client-facing responsibilities.

The engineer will develop drawings, perform calculations, review reports, and lead elements of project execution, with travel possible and a strong emphasis on timely, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
• Ability to use engineering software, Revit, and Microsoft Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform advanced engineering tasks and develop working drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical reports.
• Interact with clients, monitor schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to teammates.
• Prepare status updates and attend client meetings.
• Support project milestones and timekeeping practices.

Education
