gpac is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York to lead land development projects in Rochester and grow client relationships.

You will manage site development from due diligence through construction, oversee grading and drainage, and mentor EITs and designers while maintaining budgets and schedules. Formación

• Licensed Professional Engineer in NY or eligible by comity.
• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Strong client communication and project management skills.
• Experience leading site development from due diligence to construction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site development projects from due diligence through construction
• Oversee grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design
• Lead permitting with local and state agencies
• Mentor EITs and designers, and review their plans for quality
• Manage budgets and schedules, and help win new work
