Professional Engineer (PE) – Civil Engineering

A reputable Civil Engineering firm operating in Boca Raton and Port St. Lucie seeks a Professional Engineer (PE) with strong land development experience. This role offers hands‑on design, project coordination, and involvement throughout the full project lifecycle.

Base Pay Range

$75,000 – $120,000 per year (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

• Perform stormwater, water distribution, and sewer system calculations.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Design civil site infrastructure: roads, utilities, drainage, and grading.
• Oversee permit preparation, submission, certification, and closeout.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, CAD technicians, and regulatory agencies.
• Review shop drawings and provide construction inspection services.

Requirements

• Florida PE License (required).
• 5+ years of civil land development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; ICPR/ASAD preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Candidates with EIT will also be considered.
