Job summary

You will guide multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, mixed-use, and municipal developments, ensuring designs meet permitting requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Florida PE license
• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree
• 5+ years civil eng/land development experience
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience preparing plans and permitting packages
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of land development infrastructure projects
• Design stormwater, drainage, roadways, water, and sewer systems
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, specs
• Coordinate permitting with local, county, state agencies
• Develop project schedules, budgets, estimates
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and materials
• Collaborate with surveyors, planners, architects, CAD designers
• Act as technical resource and client contact during execution
• Support construction administration, inspections, and closeouts
• Deliver projects on time with high technical standards
