Foley Hoag seeks a Professional Development (PD) Manager to drive a culture of continuous learning and excellence in collaboration with the Director of Professional Development, the Professional Development team, legal department and practice group leaders, partner mentors, and business services colleagues. The PD Manager will be involved in all facets of attorney PD, including career development, training, mentoring, and evaluations and feedback to support the professional development and career success of Foley Hoag attorneys at all levels.

Compensation
The compensation range is $128,000 to $176,000, commensurate with related experience and qualifications. The salary of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the firm’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
