Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, based in New York, seeks a Professional Development Manager to lead associate development, coaching, and onboarding initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Professional Development – New York.
Responsibilities include coaching, integrating new and lateral associates, mentoring, and supporting associates with flexible schedules, while collaborating with office leadership on programs and events.

Gibson Dunn will consider for employment qualified Applicants with Criminal Histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of local law.
The annual compensation range for this position is $190-200k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
