Qualified candidates have 6+ years of legal recruiting, including 3+ years from lateral roles, and experience with ViRecruit and MS Excel.

Based in New York or Washington D.C., the Lateral Recruiting Manager will support lateral attorney recruiting across the firm. The role will analyze needs, monitor all of our office markets, and serve as a direct advisor to our practice group leaders as we build our firmwide practice resources and pipelines. Qualified candidates should have experience with lateral attorney recruiting, must exhibit professionalism in all interactions (at all levels), and must have an interest in creative and novel approaches to cross‑geography recruiting and staffing.
This role reports to the New York Director of Recruiting, works closely with our Chief Recruiting Officer, and will oversee our Lateral Recruiting Coordinator.
