JammonStudios in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Junior Architect/Associate to drive BIM-driven design across schematic design, construction documents, and entitlement work. Responsibilities

• Support Project Architects on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Create detailed schematic designs, construction documents, and entitlement packages.
• Work across diverse project types including medical, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
• Prepare site plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using Revit and immersive rendering software.
• Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and city officials to keep projects moving forward.
• Bring fresh ideas and problem-solving skills to shape the growing practice.

As a Junior Architect | Associate, you will play an important role in our BIM-driven design practice, shaping high-quality schematic design, construction documentation, and entitlement work. What You’ll Do

• Support Project Architects on multiple, simultaneous projects

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent

Experience: 3–5 years in architectural design and drafting

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 and willingness to learn new software

Professional Qualities:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable to shifting project priorities
• Ability to translate limited direction into clear and accurate BIM deliverables
• Eager to learn building codes, jurisdictional requirements, and design standards
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-studio environment

Compensation

• $75,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience
