JammonStudios in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Junior Architect/Associate to drive BIM-driven design across schematic design, construction documents, and entitlement work. You will collaborate with engineers and consultants to shape high-quality outcomes while accelerating your career in a collaborative studio environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in architectural design, strong Revit/BIM360 skills, and are eager to learn new software, codes, and standards in a fast-growing practice with hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM360; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Architects on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Create detailed schematic designs, construction documents, and entitlement packages.
• Work across diverse project types including medical, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
• Prepare site plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using Revit and immersive rendering software.
• Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, and city officials to keep projects moving forward.
• Bring fresh ideas and problem-solving skills to shape the growing practice.
