We're a team of architects who'd rather make something interesting than something expected. We design clever spaces that aren't outlandish or lacking purpose - polished in execution, unconventional in approach, and unbothered by that contradiction.
Ignore what you know about architecture firms. The day-to-day work of moving projects from design to drawings is exactly what you'd expect. What doesn't fit the mold is the posture of our leadership and culture. Our standard is communication, consistency, and quality, and we mean it.
We are creators, innovators, and designers, but we do more than that. We're envelope-pushers, space-makers, and community-builders - people who'd rather question the status quo of the built environment than quietly produce what's always been produced. We like to think big and small: ambitious concepts without losing the details, and no reaching for old projects for quick and dirty drawings. Our default position is that we're solid people - easy to work with, fun to be around, and void of pretension.
We're hiring a Junior Project Architect to join our Atlanta studio. As a Junior Project Architect, you'll carry projects from design through drawings alongside leadership that treats you like a colleague rather than a production line. This Junior Project Architect role is built for someone who wants to help shape a more thoughtful built environment - and who'd rather argue about a detail than quietly accept a bad one. Our Atlanta studio is one of several across the country, and this role is based here.
This is an in-person role. We work together in the studio every day, because the arguments, the redlines and the half-formed ideas that turn into good buildings happen shoulder to shoulder, at the plotter and at the pin-up wall - not over a screen share.
