Job summary

thread is seeking a Professional Development Associate to provide administrative support for the statewide Professional Development team and communicate program services to customers.

Responsibilities include managing registrations, evaluations, transcripts, and data reporting, plus coordinating calendars and travel. A background check is required, and Spanish language is a plus. This is a full-time role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background check is required; references encouraged.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for thread's statewide Professional Development team.
• Communicate information about Professional Development services to customers.
• Support child care programs and educators with registrations, evaluations and follow-up.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing and reporting data for grants and identified needs.
• Coordinate and maintain Professional Development pages on Quip and SharePoint.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, book travel and reconcile travel budget.
