The position requires basic education, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training is provided, with potential travel occasionally as part of duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Experience cleaning mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Follow safety guidelines consistently.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of the facility, focusing daily on common areas.
• Complete maintenance requests when needed.
• Report deterioration or damage to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
• Operate laundry room when needed.
• Report low quantities of cleaning supplies to supervisor.
• Clean office areas when assigned.
• Dust and clean window blinds and furniture in common areas.
• Use only approved cleaning agents and maintain MSDS.
• Learn chemical and biohazard guidelines as required.
• Keep common area bathrooms clean.
• Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
