Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for our multifamily communities in Florida. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas, leasing offices, and model units, while also preparing vacant homes for Move-In and supporting turnover cleaning.

A professional demeanor and ability to work independently are essential for delivering a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain all assigned common areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, clubrooms, fitness centers, restrooms, leasing office, model units, pools and amenity areas.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces as needed.
Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, fixtures and other visible surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas throughout the day.
Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in; assist with turnover cleaning.
Identify and report maintenance issues observed during daily cleaning.
Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and property standards.
Report safety concerns and maintain proper use of cleaning chemicals.
