Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a diligent janitor to perform a variety of cleaning tasks within assigned facilities, ensuring spaces are clean, sanitary, and orderly.

Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and general upkeep of public common areas and food court spaces. You will follow safety practices and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations and materials.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment safely.
• Ability to lift/carry 1–30 lbs and perform routine cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting of surfaces above shoulder height around rooms.
• Sanitize and spot-clean surfaces below shoulder height (ledges, chairs, countertops).
• Clean bathrooms using germicidal solutions and refill dispensers daily.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Dust mop or vacuum floors, clean under furniture, and ensure access areas are tidy.
