Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to create engaging activities.
• Build lasting relationships with students and parents during daily interactions.
• Supervise a class at classroom ratio, maintaining safety and care.

A day in the life as a Teacher:

• Supervise a class of children at ratio while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience is a plus, but we value passion and dedication just as much! If you’re enthusiastic about working with children, we’d love to hear from you
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher position
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
• Someone who’s dependable, positive, and works well in a team and without a lot of supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children. For Infant Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
