Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred for Lead Teacher.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to create engaging activities.
• Build lasting relationships with students and parents during daily interactions.
• Supervise a class at classroom ratio, maintaining safety and care.
• Work in a clean, modern facility with multiple play spaces and classrooms.
• Collaborate with directors and fellow teachers to support students.
