The Goddard School in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, is interviewing for a Toddler Teacher (18-36 months) to join our caring, energetic team. We offer a balanced, no weekend schedule from 7am to 6pm, with a path to obtain the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and internal career growth opportunities.

Join a leading early childhood education provider serving children from six weeks through 4th grade, with a supportive, collaborative culture and a focus on safe, engaging learning

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but passion and dedication matter most for working with children.
• High school diploma required; early childhood experience is a bonus.
• Dependable, positive, and able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Caring individual excited about impacting young children's lives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of classroom activities.
• Happy, positive demeanor is valued in the preschool environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities using Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Build lasting relationships with students and parents with daily communication.
• Supervise a classroom at the required ratio in a safe, nurturing setting.
• Work in a clean, modern facility with multiple buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with directors and fellow teachers in a team environment.
• Engage with the school community in events like Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out.
• Grow professionally by interacting with childcare professionals and pursuing development.

A day in the life as a Teacher:

• Leverage Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum to create and deliver engaging activities that foster children’s curiosity and learning.
• Build lasting relationships with both students and parents, celebrating every little milestone! Daily communication with parents at drop-off and pick-up.
• Supervise a class of children at ratio while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Work in a clean, modern facility with multiple buildings on our campus, 4 playgrounds, a gym, stage, an outdoor classroom, kitchen, and large faculty office.
• Enjoy a team environment where you’re supported by dedicated directors and fellow teachers.
