The Goddard School located in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a passionate Teacher for our youngest learners. Our infant room is calm, cozy, and full of love, with low teacher-to-child ratios and a supportive staff culture that puts teachers first so they can put students first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass licensing background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment with low teacher-to-child ratios.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues about child progress and needs.
