As a Lead Teacher you will plan engaging curricula, mentor staff, document child progress, and communicate with families while ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in a licensed childcare or early education setting.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and early childhood frameworks.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Current Child Abuse History Clearance, Criminal Background Check, and FBI Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Current pediatric CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all children
