Job summary

Unbound Living Inc is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help people with developmental disabilities in clients\' homes and community settings. You will provide personal care, meal assistance, and companionship while following written plans and directions.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts with base pay of $15.50–$17.00 per hour plus add-ons for behavior, complexity, and ratio. Training is provided, and local travel is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must have a dependable, insured personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than six MVR points.
• Proof of vehicle liability insurance required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass fingerprinted background checks.
• Passion to help others.
• Active listening skills.
• Patience with others.
• Willingness to travel locally with clients.

Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available:

• 1st shift (7 AM - 3 PM)
• 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
• 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

Pay:

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour base rate
PLUS behavior, complexity, and ratio diff add-ons.

Expected hours:

24 – 45 hours per week

Client's home and community settings.
