Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities. This part-time position runs 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, three days a week, with pay between $18 and $24 per hour.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has a high school diploma or GED, and is willing to train. Responsibilities include helping individuals learn daily living skills, encouraging community involvement, and ensuring safety as outlined in the service plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.
