Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to a respectful, inclusive environment.
