The position requires experience in group homes or direct support settings, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in group home or direct support roles preferred.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient care practices.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for others.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties.
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass all background checks.
