Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety and report concerns.
• Provide medication assistance as authorized.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and report incidents.
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
• Promote a safe, respectful living environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team.
• Follow DHS regulations and IC service requirements.
