Job summary

State Farm Agent Rosalinda Aguero is seeking a Products Representative to grow the agency through meaningful client relationships and proactive marketing of insurance and financial services. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, driving customer success and community growth.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound sales, relationship management, and delivering friendly, accurate service while advancing within a supportive agency team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer.
