Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an experienced Product Liability Associate Attorney to join its Mass Tort and Product Liability practice in Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated, high-exposure litigation, manage discovery, depositions, and expert discovery, and work closely with trial teams to advance high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving product liability, mass torts, class actions, or complex commercial disputes.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, depositions, and trial preparation for complex product liability matters.
• Support and coordinate with trial teams on high-exposure litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare hearings and trial materials.
