• Active bar admission and good standing.
• 1-7 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

Our client, a nationally respected AmLaw 75 firm, seeks a Product Liability Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience. Prior Product Liability experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other corporate clients in product liability and complex tort litigation.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions related to discovery.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex liability and damages issues.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Take and defend fact witness, corporate representative, and expert depositions.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and medical records relevant to product liability claims.
• Participate in trial strategy, witness preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with experts, consultants, and in-house counsel on litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy, developments, and risk assessments.
