You will handle complex products liability matters, draft complaints, conduct discovery, negotiate settlements, and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in products liability litigation.
• Strong knowledge of products liability law and procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in products liability litigation matters, including drafting and filing complaints, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
