Job summary

National Beef Leathers of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking Production Workers for a 3 ½ day workweek. Earn $19.75–$26 per hour with a Perfect Attendance Bonus starting day one. This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position in a production area with rotating schedules.

Responsibilities include heavy lifting of hides, hooking, feeding, stacking, and performing other duties as assigned. We offer family-friendly benefits and multiple bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Able to lift 75–100 lbs.
• Repetitive work with hides.
• Stand/walk on concrete and stairs for the shift.
• Work as part of a group/crew.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Heavy lifting of cow hides up to 75–100 lbs.
• Hooking and feeding hides, stacking hides.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safety and quality in a production environment.

We are currently seeking individuals interested in working in one of our production areas on a rotating schedule.

• $21.55 per hour upon qualification with the perfect attendance bonus Starting pay of $19.75 per hour
• Minimum pay of $21.25 per hour upon becoming qualified
• $2.65 per hour Perfect attendance bonus
• $1 per hour shift differential for night shift

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Production Worker position include but are not limited to

• Heavy lifting and/or handling (up to 75 lbs to 100 lbs) of cow hides
• Hooking and feeding cow hides
• Stacking hides
• Other work as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This position is on-site.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Production Worker position should be

• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Able to lift up to 75 to 100 lbs
