Job summary

AJ Rose Manufacturing Company is hiring Production Team Members in Avon, OH for Press Operators, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers. The 2nd shift starts at 3:30 pm with regular overtime.

Manufacturing experience is helpful, and we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work safely in a fast-paced metal stamping environment.

Responsibilities

• Press Operators: Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently, load/unload materials, perform quality inspections, follow schedules, keep area clean.
• Machine Operators: Set up and run manufacturing equipment, monitor performance and quality, perform basic troubleshooting, record production data, follow safety rules.
• Material Handlers: Move raw materials and finished goods, load/unload trucks, supply materials to production areas, maintain inventory records, operate forklifts (training provided).

We are a growing metal stamping manufacturer looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. We currently have openings for Press Operators, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers. Manufacturing experience is helpful. We are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Press Operators

• Operate metal stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Perform quality inspections of stamped components
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Machine Operators

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Monitor machine performance and product quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Record production information accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Material Handlers

• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Supply materials to production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training available)
