Job summary

Champion Home Builders is seeking a Production Worker with general construction trim and woodworking experience to join our Burleson, Texas plant. You would work on the production line to build manufactured housing and perform quality work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include reading tape measures and blueprints, reading orders, keeping areas neat, and using hand, air, and electrical tools. Prior manufacturing or modular housing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent or related short training/experience.
• Manufacturing/modular housing experience desired.
• General construction experience and knowledge required.

• Work on production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team.
• Perform all manual labor in the assigned area.
• Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.
• Keep the area neat and clean.
• Read a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge
